What do I need to rent a SoFlo cart?
A valid driver’s licence, a payment method, and a completed rental agreement. You do all three once during your first booking — after that it is just a tap.
How old do I need to be to drive?
Drivers must hold a valid licence and meet all applicable Florida and Delray Beach requirements. Checkout confirms eligibility before any cart is authorised.
How does Get In & Go actually work?
Book in the app, then walk up. Your phone finds your cart over Bluetooth and you tap once to start — no code to scan and no counter to visit. The digital key lives on your phone for the length of the booking.
Where am I allowed to drive?
Only on roads and areas where a street-legal low-speed vehicle is permitted. Follow posted signs, local rules, and the geofence guidance shown in the app.
What if I lose signal near the water?
You still ride. A signed digital key lands on your phone when you book, so the cart opens over Bluetooth whether or not there are bars — that is the whole point of the offline design.
How do I end my rental?
Return the cart to an approved location, park safely, switch it off, complete the return photo checklist and tap End Ride. Your digital key closes out automatically.
